How Citizens Recoginized the Impact of  Open Government Data ?
This project, an extension of my master's thesis, explores whether Taiwan's open government movement since 2014 has increased citizens' political efficacy and fostered a more positive attitude towards future technological advancements. It also focuses on the civic tech community and its potential integration into government institutions, contributing to Taiwan's democratic development.

I hold bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Public Administration at National Chengchi University(NCCU), where my research centered on the effects of open government initiatives.

During my three-year tenure at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research(TIER), I contributed to diverse policy analysis projects, including industrial digital transformation and social innovation.

After the pandemic, I decided to embark on a new challenge in New York. Currently, I am pursuing a MS degree in Data Visualization at Parsons School of Design, where I am expanding my skill set to include web development and machine learning for storytelling purposes.  My vision is rooted in being a Data Humanist.
